I understand that travel plans can change. Here is my cancellation policy for tours booked with Elora Journey – Tours in Strasbourg:

✅ Free cancellation
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour are fully refundable.

🔄 Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours before the tour (subject to availability).
In case of bad weather, rescheduling is always possible upon request.

❌ Late cancellations / no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show (if you don’t show up without notice), the tour will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.

💳 Payment specifics
If you paid via a secure payment link, refunds (when applicable) will be processed within a few days.
If you planned to pay cash or by card on the day of the tour, no payment will be due in case of a timely cancellation.

ℹ️ Special note for bookings via platforms
If you booked through a platform (e.g. GetYourGuide, Guydeez, Lokafy), their cancellation policy may apply instead of mine. Please check directly with the platform.
