An introduction to Alsatian cuisine through some of the best local addresses

We start with classic appetizers such as homemade knacks from a specialist shop, onion tart, or bibeleskaes. Then we can move on to one of the city’s best flammekueche!

For those with a bigger appetite, there is the chance to try a traditional choucroute or even a three-fish version, as well as dishes with German influence such as bäckeoffe.

Along the way we stop for wine tastings and visits to local cheese shops, including the famous Munster cheese. To finish, depending on the season and your preferences, we can stop at a local pastry shop for regional desserts or enjoy artisan ice cream made in Strasbourg.
